Reviewer bidding & automatic assignment
Reviewers declare their expertise and bid on papers (authors stay hidden). Conflicts of interest are detected from authorship, institutions and e-mail domains, and a balanced assignment is proposed for you to approve and send in one step.
Programme builder
Rooms, sessions and tracks; drag accepted papers into sessions or auto-schedule them by theme. Clash checks catch double-booked rooms and presenters needed in two places. Publish a printable programme with calendar export.
Online & hybrid sessions
Attach Zoom, Meet, Teams or YouTube Live links to sessions. Attendance is recorded when participants join, ready for certificates. Authors add slides, posters and video links; recordings go on the programme.
Proceedings with ISBN & DOI
Collect camera-ready papers with e-signed publishing licences, then compile a print-ready volume with title page, imprint, contents, page numbers and running footers. Each paper gets a DOI landing page, an APA citation and Crossref deposit metadata.
