INR prices are exclusive of 18% GST. USD prices exclude applicable taxes. No setup fee, no per-reviewer fee, no charge for authors. If you use the built-in payment gateway, the gateway's processing charge applies to each payment you collect.
What would your conference cost?
Move the slider to your expected number of submissions. Prices are in US dollars because that is how the other platforms publish them. CMDManas Standard is a flat fee; EasyChair charges per submission; Oxford Abstracts charges per event, plus add-ons for a full-paper stage and certificates.
EasyChair: Executive licence (the first licence that includes a helpdesk), cheapest published fixed-price option, including the minimum-submission discounts. Oxford Abstracts: Abstract Management package ($890), and the same package with the Multi-stage ($850) and Certificates ($150) add-ons, which together match what CMDManas Standard includes. Microsoft CMT is a free service from Microsoft Research for eligible conferences, so it has no paid plan to compare against.

How we compared
- The "46% less" figure compares CMDManas Standard ($1,010 flat) with Oxford Abstracts' Abstract Management package plus its Multi-stage and Certificates add-ons ($1,890), the combination that covers an abstract stage, a full-paper stage and certificates, all of which CMDManas Standard includes. Oxford Abstracts' Abstract Management package on its own ($890) costs less than CMDManas Standard.
- EasyChair charges per submission. Its Executive licence (the first with a helpdesk; cheapest published fixed-price option, minimum-submission discounts applied) costs less than CMDManas Standard below about 166 submissions and more from about 166 submissions upward, for example $1,470 at 300 submissions.
- The Institutional plan (six conferences) is compared only with six CMDManas Standard conferences.
- We compare published list prices only. Some providers offer discounts, regional programmes or negotiated prices that are not published, including EasyChair's special programme for India and several other countries. These are not reflected.
- ConfTool Pro and Ex Ordo quote prices individually, so we have not included them: a price comparison with them could not be checked.
- INR prices are set so these comparisons hold at any exchange rate of ₹85 or more to the US dollar.

Questions
What counts as a submission?
One paper or abstract with its own paper code. Revisions and resubmissions of the same paper do not count again, and neither do co-authors or reviewers.
When do I pay?
Standard is one flat fee per conference, invoiced once when your conference moves to Standard. There are no per-paper charges, however many papers arrive.
Is CMDManas always cheaper?
Not always. Feature for feature, CMDManas Standard is 46% less than Oxford Abstracts with the full-paper and certificate add-ons, but Oxford Abstracts' basic package on its own is cheaper. Against EasyChair's per-submission Executive licence, CMDManas is cheaper from about 166 submissions. It is not a comparison with discounted or negotiated prices other platforms may offer you, or with free services such as Microsoft CMT. The "How we compared" notes above explain exactly how it is worked out.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes. Start on Starter. If you need more than 50 submissions, move the conference to Standard at any time with nothing lost.
